EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal As a customer within the EU, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it – no reason required. Items must be unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or order confirmation.
How to Return – Step by Step
- Email us at kurdishwear@hotmail.com with your order number within 14 days
- We'll confirm your return within 1–2 business days and send you return instructions
- Send the item to: Ålholmparken 67, 3400 Hillerød, Denmark
- Once we receive and approve the return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at kurdishwear@hotmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest solution is to return the item and place a new order for the desired item.
Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
